The BEST PIZZA on Princeton's Nassau Street.

Like any community in New York Metro Area, Princeton has plenty of options when it comes to getting a slice of cheese (or whatever toppings you fancy). For this list we're sticking with pizza you can get near the historic Nassau Street.

Jules Thin Crust

If you're a thin crust enthusiast, then look no further. Jules is known for their six locations in Pennsylvania but just like George Washington on Christmas Day 1776, they crossed the Delaware River and headed for Princeton. They have plenty of classic meat and veggie options, plus a selection of organic salads.

Proof

"The Proof is in the Pizza". This restaurant takes an academic approach to the art of pizza making, which fits nicely in a town sometimes called the Nobel Prize capital of the World. Proof pizza looks like an art piece, and once you have a perfectly portioned slice don't forget to try the dessert pizza!

Pizza Den

Brick Oven Pizza with homemade dough. What more is there to say? The Pizza Den has a focus on quality over quantity, with a simple menu of tasty pizzas, salads, and desserts. We recommend the Pizza Den for Garlic fans will also appreciate their Garlic Bread Pizza. Yum!

Teresa Caffe

At the corner of "tradition and innovation" is an Italian-rooted restaurant with a thirty year presence in Princeton. In place of "classic cheese" you'll find Presto, Wild Mushroom, and Italian Sausage on the short pizza menu, supplemented with options for pasta, salad, and antipasti. We recommend Teresa for a date night or relaxing lunch.
